BODY-LED OFFERINGS OF TENDING, LISTENING, AND REMEMBRANCE.

For women desiring to come into deeper relationship with the wisdom, sensation, pleasure & language of their body.

IMAGINE BEING Held bY THE MOST TENDER, NOURISHING, PRESENT, HONOURING HANDS.

IN SOME OF THE MOST SENSITIVE AND VULNERABLE AREAS OF YOUR BODY.

These areas are more than just body parts. They’re living, breathing tissues.

Wisdom keepers of Truth, Humility and Respect.

When we think of receiving bodywork, the pelvic region is not usually the first place we imagine being tended to.

And that may be one of the reasons it needs tending the most.

Endometriosis.
Fibroids.
Cysts.
Painful intercourse.
Numbness.

Pain we’ve learned to endure.

Pleasure we’ve learned to disconnect from.

Places within ourselves we might have stopped listening to altogether.

There is another way to meet these tissues.

Without force or agenda, and instead with patience, curiosity, and profound, respectful listening.

A place to bring the whole of you.

Ceremonial Womb Care is an intimate, body-led practice that weaves therapeutic bodywork, pelvic care, somatic experiencing, ceremony and spirit.

Each session is created in relationship with the woman who’s arriving that day.

her body
history
nervous system
desires
boundaries
curiosities
and all that is asking to be tended

The body leads.
We listen.

WE LISTEN TOGETHER

THERE IS NOTHING HERE TO PERFORM AND NO VERSION OF YOURSELF YOU MUST BECOME BEFORE YOU’RE WORTHY OF BEING HELD.

We notice, follow, and allow your body to set the pace.

Which sometimes means working more deeply, Or stopping entirely. Sometimes it means laughter, grief, anger, pleasure, silence, prayer— or simply allowing a place that has spent years bracing to finally soften.

Your body remains the authority in the room.

ALWAYS.

“It felt like a secret language between her and my body.”

THE WOMB ISN’T JUST ANOTHER BODY PART.

THESE TISSUES HOLD THE CODES OF DEATH AND REBIRTH WITHOUT EVEN HAVING TO TRY.

It is where life comes into the world as physical manifestation, and also embarks on a divinely orchestrated process of death and shedding on a monthly basis. Let’s take a moment to acknowledge the magic that exists in that.

When these tissues are held in a way that is non-outcome based, with patience, and profound respectful listening - magic happens.

Hip bones inhale.
Intuition increases.
Pleasure expands.
Capacity to notice opens.

AND PERHAPS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME THESE TISSUES EXPERIENCE BEING SEEN AND HELD WITH REVERENCE.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION?

THE CEREMONY BEGINS AS SOON AS YOU SAY YES TO RECEIVING THIS SESSION, AND SOMETIMES THINGS MAY EVEN COME TO THE SURFACE IN THE DAYS LEADING UP TO YOUR SESSION.

We begin with conversation, consent, prayer, and intention. Together we listen for what your body is asking for that day.

Each session is entirely body-led.

No two women receive the same experience. Because no two bodies tell the same story. Sessions may include a blend of:

• Therapeutic bodywork

Myofascial, Visceral, lymphatic drainage

• Internal pelvic care

• Somatic healing

• Breath work

• Energy work

• Vocal alchemy

“I could feel her working beyond her hands in giving my body exactly what it was longing and asking for, at the exact speed in which my body had capacity to open to.

The experience was a beautiful ceremony in opening my body to the deeper healing I didn’t know I could receive from another.”

FIRST & FOREMOST, You ARE THE AUTHORITY.

BECAUSE THIS WORK MAY INVOLVE THE MOST INTIMATE AREAS OF THE BODY, CONSENT IS NOT SOMETHING WE ONLY ESTABLISH ONCE AT THE BEGINNING OF A SESSION

It remains a living conversation throughout.

Depending on what is desired, indicated and explicitly consented to, bodywork may include:

the mouth

abdomen

breasts

genitals

internal pelvic floor

buttocks

anus

or rectum

Nothing is assumed simply because you booked.
And nothing is required because you might have previously said yes at one point.

You may pause, ask questions, or change your mind. You might also discover a boundary once we’ve arrived to it.

All of it is okay here.

Your body always remains the authority in the room.

“The slow pace that Aria moves really helps me to feel safe, brings a sense of reverence to the session and creates such deeper safety in the container.”
